Common quick fixes
I'm not getting any nudges
Open Settings, scroll to Notifications, make sure Drifta is allowed. Inside Drifta, check Quiet Hours and your per-task time windows. If you set a window of "9 to 5" Drifta will not buzz you at 8.
I paid but Pro features aren't on
Open Drifta, go to Settings, scroll to Subscription, tap Restore. If that doesn't fix it, email me with the order ID from your Apple receipt.
The AI coach is slow or quiet
The coach calls a backend that talks to Anthropic. If your network is flaky or Anthropic is having a moment, the coach will time out gracefully. Try again in a few minutes.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone: Settings, your name at top, Subscriptions, Drifta Pro, Cancel. Apple keeps you Pro until the end of the billing period.
Feature requests
Send them. The current short list (Android, watch app, iPad layout, Live Activities) is mostly there because someone asked.
Bugs
Open Settings, scroll to About, tap "Copy raw JSON" if you have a crash. Paste it into the email. That gives me everything I need.
