Common quick fixes

I'm not getting any nudges

Open Settings, scroll to Notifications, make sure Drifta is allowed. Inside Drifta, check Quiet Hours and your per-task time windows. If you set a window of "9 to 5" Drifta will not buzz you at 8.

I paid but Pro features aren't on

In Drifta, open Settings → Unlock Drifta Pro, then tap Restore on the plans screen. Make sure your iPhone uses the Apple Account that bought the subscription. If Pro is still locked, email me with the order ID from your Apple receipt.

The AI coach is slow or quiet

Coach needs an internet connection and permission to share your conversation and task context with Anthropic through Drifta's server. Review that choice in Drifta's Settings → Coach Privacy. If sharing is on and a request fails, check your connection and try again. Turning sharing off leaves your task lists and reminders available. See the privacy policy for what is sent and retained.

My Apple Watch isn't showing tasks or alerts

Apple Watch task features and wrist alerts require Drifta Pro. Install Drifta on your paired Apple Watch, open the app on both devices, and check Settings → Apple Watch in Drifta on your iPhone. Use Test Apple Watch while the Watch app is open to check the live connection. The Daily Tasks complication shows the number of incomplete daily tasks after the Watch app receives a sync.

My wake-up alarm didn't sound

Open Drifta's Alarm tab and check that the alarm is enabled for the correct time and days. On iOS 26 or later, allow Drifta's alarm permission so it can schedule a system alarm, and check the delivery status shown in the app. On earlier supported iOS versions, Drifta uses wake-up notifications: Silent mode, Focus, and notification settings can silence them. Use Apple's Clock app if you need an audible alarm regardless of those settings.

How do I remove my data?

You can delete tasks from your lists and turn off Coach sharing or SMS reminders in Settings. Uninstalling does not delete server records or necessarily remove the device identity saved in Apple's Keychain. Email support@drifta.app for help requesting deletion of Drifta's server data. See the privacy policy for retention details. Cancel an Apple subscription separately using the steps below.

How do I cancel?

On iPhone: Settings, your name at top, Subscriptions, Drifta Pro, Cancel. Apple keeps you Pro until the end of the billing period.

Email what you are trying to do and where Drifta gets in the way. A specific example helps me understand the request.

Bugs

Email the steps that led to the problem, your device model, iOS version, and Drifta version from Settings. Include a screenshot or screen recording if it helps explain what happened. Review anything you share and remove private task titles, phone numbers, or other information you do not want included.
